  • How will I know when I receive an online order? Can I receive order notifications via different methods?

    • Our system will detect an order being placed on your website and you will receive a notification by fax, email, and/or phone.
    • You can choose to receive orders through fax, email, and phone notifications all at the same time.
    • If you choose to only receive email notifications, we recommend that phone notifications are also enabled to alert you of the incoming email.
    • Phone notifications cannot be used alone, as they do not contain detailed order information. They must be used in conjunction with either fax or email notifications.

  • How will I know what my customers ordered?

    The order details will be included when you receive online order notifications through fax, email, or by signing into your Administrative Panel*. There, you can find order details under the “Orders” page.

  • Why am I sometimes unable to receive orders through email?

    • Your order emails may be going to your junk or spam folders. If you notice you are missing orders, check your junk or spam folders and be sure to mark those emails as “Not Junk” or “Not Spam”. 
    • If you are experiencing delayed orders, the email server of the platform you are utilizing may be the cause. To see up-to-date orders, sign into your Administrative Panel* and check the “Orders” page.

  • My fax machine is not printing my orders correctly. Is there something wrong with my fax machine?

    • You may be experiencing a delay in receiving your fax notifications. Fax notifications normally take about 25-55 seconds to complete a transmission.
    • You may need to either replace the ink cartridge or add paper into your tray.
    • If you notice that your fax machine is not ringing, the phone line plug may have become loose. Check if it is securely plugged into the outlet.
    • For up-to-date orders, sign into your Administrative Panel* and check the “Orders” page.

  • Will phone notifications disrupt my business phone orders?

    • Phone notifications can be assigned to any phone number of your choice.
    • These notifications are automated and will take less than a minute.
    • Customer order information will not be included in the automated message, this notification will only notify you to check your fax machine or email for new orders.

  • How will sure3 charge me?

    Your account will be charged by the 15th of each month through an Automated Clearing House (ACH) Payment method, which is processed using your bank account and routing information.

  • How can I receive a copy of my statement if I haven’t received it in the mail?

    If you have not received your statement, please contact us at 888-888-8500 or email us at support@sure3.com for a copy of your statement.

  • How can I void an online order cancelled by my customer?

    • All cancelled or voided orders must be processed by our support team. 
    • For security purposes, 3 courtesy voids will be allowed per month. Voids exceeding the courtesy voids will be charged based on your contract.
    • To cancel or void any online orders, contact us at 888-888-8500 or email us at support@sure3.com.

  • How do customers find my website and know that they can order online?

    • You can promote your website by utilizing your Welcome Kit that includes 2 mini posters, 5 table tents, and 1,000 business cards. 
    • Your online ordering website is also Search Engine Optimization (SEO) friendly. This means that if your customer searches for your website on a major search engine, your website will appear within the first few results.

  • What if I cannot find the right background image that fits my cuisine?

    If you cannot find a background image that fits your cuisine, please email us at support@sure3.com to inform us or simply upload your own image.  We will try our best to provide more images suitable for your business.

  • Can I have my own Reward Program?

    Yes, you can set the point to dollar ratio according to your loyalty program guidelines and provide a list of up to 10 items for your customers to redeem from.

  • When will I receive my Welcome Kit? How do I reorder when I run out?

    • Your Welcome Kit will be shipped out 3-4 weeks after your online ordering website is completed. The design will be based on your website.
    • When you run low on items from your Welcome Kit, you can place an order with us by emailing us at support@sure3.com or calling us at 888-888-8500.
    • For your reference, here are the sizes of each item:
      • Business cards: 2”x3.5”
      • Table tents: 4”x6”
      • Posters: 11”x17”

  • Why do my customers need to register for an account to place an order on my website?

    Due to our security standards, all customers must register and verify their account to ensure that they are not robots.

  • Can I reprint orders?

    Absolutely! Our support team can help resend the order to your fax machine.

  • How do I sign into my Administrative Panel?

    To access your Administrative Panel, simply add “/login” to the end of your URL. For example, if your URL is “www.eatfordays.com”, you will need to enter “www.eatfordays.com/login”. Once you have reached this page, enter your credentials in their dedicated fields.*
